Chapter 25

This is an important point. In the hyperdimensional realms, the Name of the Game is Consciousness. This simply means that the higher realms of existence, whether positive or negative in orientation, all recognize that the business of all being and existence everywhere is always that of Consciousness... becoming more and more "Aware."

The positive guys seek to increase awareness by the activities of networking and interdependence and sharing and giving. This is a natural function of creativity and empathy. Empathy is that quality of being that allows us to "connect" to another person's thinking, feeling, experiences, and so forth, as if they were our own. It is that quality that enables us to deeply care about the pain and suffering experienced by others because, in fact, when we are "aware" of it, it causes us pain, too.

The negative guys, on the other hand, play the game in terms of domination, subjugation and absorption of other consciousnesses with total disregard for the pain and suffering they cause. In fact, they deliberately cause pain and suffering in order to induce the other to "choose" their domination in order to bring the pain and suffering to an end. Again, we are reminded of Stockholm Syndrome. At the hyperdimensional levels of being, negative entities understand certain rules which are that, in order for them to be able to "dominate" truly, the other must "choose" to be dominated. In Stockholm Syndrom terms, it is more energy efficient if the prisoner is persuaded to cooperate, and even to help with his captivity, if he is doing so by choice and the captor does not have to spend endless amounts of energy keeping an eye on him, checking the locks on the doors, torturing him, or whatever. It is a simple matter of ECONOMICS.

Ra has some interesting remarks to make about something that may relate to this. He describes something called a "quarantine." I am not certain that I agree with this planetary quarantine idea as it is described here, since historical research into the alien phenomenon rather contradicts it. It sounds rather like wishful thinking; a desire for a global "protector." BUT, what it does suggest is the existence of hyperdimensional "future selves" as "guardians" that sort of protect "free will." Ra says that "These guardians sweep reaches of your Earth's energy fields to be aware of any entities approaching. An entity which is approaching is hailed in the name of the One Creator. Any entity thus hailed is bathed in love/light and will of free will obey the quarantine due to the power of the Law of One.

Q: What would happen to the entity if he did not obey the quarantine after being hailed?
Ra: To not obey quarantine after being hailed on the level of which we speak would be equivalent to your not stopping upon walking into a solid brick wall.

My guess is that this idea is fairly accurate but that it may not apply planetarily, so to say, but rather individually. I am reminded of the C's statement that "knowledge protects," and that knowledge is love is light. So it would make sense that a future self of the positive variety would have the potential for protecting its "past self" in this way to whatever extent that is accepted by the past self in its conscious or subconscious mind. This also reminds me of the idea of "thought centers" and "eclipsing of realities," wherein the C's remarked:

Whenever two opposing units of reality intersect, this causes what can be referred to as friction, which, for an immeasurable amount of what you would refer to as time, which is, of course, non-existent, creates a non-existence, or a stopping of the movements of all functions. This is what we would know as conflict. In between, or through any intersecting, opposite entities, we always find zero time, zero movement, zero transference, zero exchange. […] Was what happened a conflicting of one energy thought center that was a part of your thought process and another energy thought center that was another part of your thought process? […] What if the abduction scenario could take place where your soul projection, in what you perceive as the future, can come back and abduct your soul projection in what you perceive as the present? […] [I]s it one possible future, but not all possible futures? And is the pathway of free will not connected to all of this?
