Chapter 8

If the reader will keep in mind always that when we are talking about Petty Tyrants, we are talking about agents of the Matrix in almost exactly the same terms described in the movie. In other words, anyone can - in an instant - receive the "download" of an "agent program" and begin to function as a Petty Tyrant for the very first time. By the same token, when an agent in a certain "quarter" is no longer needed, he/she can be turned "off" and the individual will go along living a peaceful life, never bothering anyone unless - and until - they are needed as an "agent" again. And truthfully, any of us can, at any time, be activated as a Petty Tyrant in someone else's life! However, once one has entered the path of the warrior or STO Candidate, as the C's describe it, that is less likely. The reason for this is that the awareness and acknowledgment that it is always possible contributes to the warrior's defenses against such manipulation. As Don Juan suggests, one of the chief traits of the warrior is self examination. A warrior is self-oriented, not in a selfish way, but in the sense of a total and continuous examination of the self. Warriors continuously take "strategic inventories" in an effort to eradicate their own self-importance which is what makes human beings vulnerable to being used as "agents" in the Matrix.

The story I am going to recount in the upcoming pages will seem unbelievable, I can assure you. If we had not lived it ourselves, we wouldn't believe it either. But since we are both pack rats and save every email we have ever received, every scrap of paper, every note, and Ark has 30 years worth of journals, all of the evidence that every word is true is easily available. And as we go along, I will use excerpts from some of these sources, if not entire emails. What you will begin to see, as I describe the events, is the mechanism of the Matrix exposed. It is both frightening and liberating. What is more, you will notice certain names and connections that will pop up again and again in relation to certain activities.

When the Cassiopaeans arrived on the scene, I had no idea that this was part of what I would be learning. It's really a good thing that I learned the principle before the Matrix movie came out or I would have never believed it! But, by early 1996, I had the principle in my grasp, and, as it happens, the Universe immediately challenged me to utilize what I had learned. The main Petty Tyrant in my life at that point was my ex-husband. Even though I had not yet even read The Fire From Within at that point, I employed a similar strategy to that outlined by Don Juan, and escaped from that situation without ever wishing any ill-will toward my ex, which is, in the end, the objective: to not become like the Petty Tyrant - full of anger, resentment, self-righteous indignation, and other energy draining emotions. I wasn't much of a warrior at that point because it nearly killed me to deal with that one, and he was only a teensy, teensy, weensy, petty tyrant. This may have been due to the fact that he was, and is, essentially a decent, caring person. He had his programs, and it is a certainty that my energy was nearly drained out of me to the point of death, but he was never mean or vicious. He was only unaware. But it is those who are unaware that they can most easily be used as agents. Anyone who denies the possibility is a dangerous companion to one who is aware. They can be turned on or off in an instant.

Meanwhile, Ark had his own Petty Tyrants to deal with - far more than I ever would have dreamed of since he was an administrator at a University with a staff and a budget under his control, and a chain of command above and below him. He was also married to one of the Great Petty Tyrants of all time, so it took some doing to strategically deal with that situation. His skills had been honed, however, by long years dealing with the tyranny of life behind the Iron Curtain, so he learned the Art of Stalking from masters. He just didn't know about 4th density Stalking.

Once the C's had brought us into contact with one another, The Matrix, the Evil Magician, the 4^th density Control System, went into hyperdrive to prevent us from ever actually joining forces. We have already noted that the role of Petty Tyrant can rotate and shift, and that it is merely the tool of the Theological Reason for the events in our lives, and here is where we are going to see this in action. Most of this had to do with the legal system in Poland, and Ark's efforts to obtain a divorce there, which we finally gave up and he obtained his divorce in America. But there was a lot of "agent activation" in his life, most of which could be explained in completely mundane ways.

There are, of course, many people who would suggest that it is all a part of a vast, human conspiracy, and that the individuals involved were "conscious" or in contact with one another. But I am sure that the reader will see that this would pre-suppose a network of conspirators that is simply impossible to conceive. I had a vision of how it works once. In the image in my mind, I could see a 4^th density "controller" sitting at a big computer console with buttons and levers and dials. He had a screen on which he watched human affairs, and all he had to do was sort of "lock in the target" on a particular person displayed on the screen, and begin pushing buttons and levers, and turning the different dials to put certain inputs into the situation. These machinations produced frequencies that stimulated certain chemicals in the bodies and brains of the individuals displayed on the screen, and there were nearly infinite possibilities of manipulation available just through this kind of activity. I laughed at this vision, of course, because it was almost like a comic strip character. But I was later to learn how much it really does seem like this is the real way it works.

At the same time, however, there were also active positive influences that seemed to be operative. It is in observing the activities of the various players in action that the Theological Drama reveals itself.

So, where were we? Oh yes, physicist meets channel and they each discover that the other is The One they have been looking for. However, in order for the physicist to be able to do what needs to be done, if anything needs to be done, he can't just ditch his job, leave the country, and toss caution to the winds. He must proceed through channels. Everything must be arranged in proper order for the safety of both parties, as well as their future success.
