Occlusion obviously has something to do with being "shielded," as well as the operation of the STS Achilles Heel itself: wishful thinking. STS always takes the path of least resistance, and their confidence that they could do some programming and that would fix the whole problem is apparently part of this occlusion process. It also suggests some sort of "rules" about violation of free will between densities. It seems that, without some sort of agreement, even if at a deep subconscious level, such things as ongoing abductions, physical harm and violations, cannot occur. And if there was no agreement to that at the "higher levels" of which my subconscious mind and superconscious mind were aware, then the only way to access me was through physicality, while a child, before full "seating" of consciousness had taken place.

In fact, this is probably why so many abductions do take place at early ages: it is to condition the physical brain to resist the "seating" of higher consciousness so as to prevent the expression of soul and will that would enable the individual to fully activate Free Will choice and refuse violation. And such conditioning can also take place via very ordinary social and familial programs as well. It's altogether likely that individuals with great potential for full activation of higher consciousness and honoring of Free Will are primary targets of childhood abduction. And apparently, from the literature, it is a very effective program.

The Ra Material, which the Cassiopaeans have suggested as a "primer" for understanding our basic reality, has some interesting things to say about these matters. Ra describes the hyperdimensional Mind Control activity as being effected in our reality by first controlling certain human beings who act as their agents. Ra describes people as being of two types: those people on our planet who "do exercises and perform disciplines" (i.e. rituals) in order to seek contact with negative sources of information and power, and those whose Frequency resonance vibration is such that direct contact with total negative energies is accomplished with no training and no controls.

For the most part, it seems that through telepathy the philosophy of manipulating others is promulgated. The individuals who are receptive to this information are then assisted in achieving positions of power and control. This relates back to our discussion of Stockholm Syndrome and how, by being in a captive situation, the prisoners learn to love their captors, and then will begin to align with them, and act on their behalf to manipulate still others. Ra points out that there are "many upon your so-called inner planes which are negatively oriented and thus available as inner teachers or guides and so-called possessors of certain souls who seek" to control or manipulate others.

In addition to the "philosophy" of manipulation, the negative hyperdimensional Controllers also pass technical information to their 3^rd density agents. This technology includes various means of control or manipulation of others. Through this technology, the Controllers of the Matrix began to set up conditions in our world whereby the masses of people will be enslaved BY THEIR FREE WILL.
