Chapter 21

Again, notice the strange synchronicity of the date of the above entry: Maynerd Most' birthday. And we find Ark has identified the problem when he said: "This system tells us that the World has a certain purpose. It tells us that not everything works well. It tells us that there are certain "bugs" in the construction."

Have a look at this journal entry above because it is important. What this tells us is that, as early as 1988 Ark was "in contact" with the Cassiopaeans. While I was living in the woods, meditating in my garden and wrestling with God about my own purpose, or trying to read impossible physics texts, he was already formulating ideas that have a powerful bearing on the present subject; the Mission, or Debugging the Universe; Local "Debugging Units" that produce nonlinear changes. And it is in these present pages that the dynamics of "debugging" are being presented. For every mind that is "unplugged" and "debugged," the potential effects on the universe are literally staggering.

Now, notice very carefully the remark Ark wrote in his journal: predictions for the future have the form: IF this, THEN this; IF NOT, then that. If the situation, as it is, is not known, no one will take any action and the predictions for the "future" will be "set." However, if there is a change, perhaps even so small a change as just what we are doing here in sharing this information, it can change everything in a nonlinear way. And it is this that the Cassiopaeans have endeavored to teach us. Yes, they will answer our questions objectively and clinically as to the state of the universe in which we live at the moment the question is asked. And then they will tell us that we have Free Will if we have Knowledge. And then, when we ask them what we ought to do, if anything, they say: "you will do what you will do."

You will do what you will do.

Physicist Julian Barbour writes in The End of Time:

Anyone committed to science has difficulty with free will. In The Selfish Gene, (2nd edition, pp.270-71), Dawkins asks, "What on earth do you think you are, if not a robot, albeit a very complicated one?" From personal introspection, I do not believe that my conscious self exercises free will. Certainly I ponder difficult decisions at length, but the decision itself invariably comes into consciousness from a different, unconscious realm. Brain research confirms that what we think are spontaneous decisions, acts of free will, are prepared in the unconscious mind before we become aware of them.

However, the many-instants interpretation puts an intriguingly different slant on causality, suggesting that it operates in nothing like the way we normally belief it to. In both classical physics and Everett's original scheme, what happens now is the consequence of the past. But with many instants, each Now "competes" with all other Nows in a timeless beauty contest to win the highest probability. The ability of each Now to "resonate" with the other Nows is what counts. Its chance to exist is determined by what it is in itself. The structure of things is the determining power in a timeless world.

The same applies to us, for our conscious instants are embedded in the Nows. The probability of us experiencing ourselves doing something is just the sum of the probabilities for all the different Nows in which that experience is embedded. Everything we experience is brought into existence by being what it is. Our very nature determines whether we shall or shall not be. ...We are because of what we are. Our existence is determined by the way we relate to (or resonate with) everything else that can be. ...One day the theory of evolution will be subsumed in a greater scheme, just as Newtonian mechanics was subsumed in relativity without in any way ceasing to be great and valid science. ...I do not think that we are robots or that anything happens by chance. That view arises because we do not have a large enough perspective on things. We are the answers to the question of what can be maximally sensitive to the totality of what is possible. [Barbour, 1999]

Remember: meeting a jaguar can change one's way of looking at the world. And once we have met the jaguar, once we have understood that we "will do what we will do" in terms of The Mission, let me repeat a part of the above entry from Ark's journals for emphasis of our view of same:

So, let's state the hypothesis. The only reasonable hypothesis that I can state is that one which comes from the unknown system taught by Gurdjieff. This system tells us that the World has a certain purpose. It tells us that not everything works well. It tells us that there are certain "bugs" in the construction.

It is quite possible that using the meta-language one can prove that any program on that scale must have bugs. So, the Universe is a program, a program which has bugs, but which has the built-in capacity for self-improving.

There are, therefore, certain units that are brought to existence with this specific purpose: to self-evolve to a degree high enough to be able to find out the methods of debugging.

Of all the many people on the planet with ideas about how to find the way out of the maze, many of them standing in criticism of what we are doing here, how many of them are DOing anything about what they think will make a difference? How many of them are acting as local debugging units with knowledge of nonlinear dynamics and complex systems?

How many of them are spending 10 or more hours a day gathering material and writing and producing something that MIGHT help, even if it may not be perfect or even the right answer? How many of them are working to produce a nonlinear change in this complex system of our individual and collective realities? We already know that the present reality isn't the one we want. We already can figure out, if we have one neuron in contact with another, that the "old time religions" and philosophical systems don't work because they have been tried with little or no success for thousands of years. How many of these obsessed critics are building up out of a sense of hope and - dare I say it - even faith in themselves?

I would like to see every single individual who spends a single moment of time and energy attacking what we are doing here, take that exact amount of time each day and create your own website where you can give your information away too. Spend thirty years of your life studying, create your own theory for contact, and then do the work, make the contact, publish the results. Please put your money where your mouth is, and spend about $10,000 a year on books and journals, computers and internet fees, as we do, so as to be informed about the things that may actually help others. And then, inform them! But don't try to violate our free will to do it the way we see fit. And do NOT attempt to steal our work.

So we find ourselves at that point on the jagged edge of the two crustal plates where there is a moment of critical energy influx and we know that there is going to be an explosion. And the results are unpredictable.

In the next few chapters, we will enter the world of Counter Intelligence Operations both of the human variety as well as the Crypto-Geographic, hyperdimensional type. In the next chapter, I will begin listing the dramatis personae of the years 1999 to the present. The reader will see the "circles within circles" of the Matrix Control system.

The reader will see the evidence that many so-called "occultists" or gurus or purveyors of mystic wisdom in the present day are being guided, controlled, directed, and otherwise mis-led by these crypto-geographic personalities with supra-human agendas. As a result of this disinformation process, as described by the C's, there is something rather like a "thought war" going on at present, the agenda being to both to control humanity and to set up a certain dynamic to both increase that control in the present realm, and also to ensure that any transitions to higher realms will remain under the Matrix Control System that is presently in place.

In the early days of our contact, Maynerd Most mentioned the "Stargate Conspiracy" on numerous occasions. He was interested in the fact that Ark was "chatting" with Jack Sarfatti, named as an "insder" in the book. Most obviously assumed from this connection that Ark and I were PART of the "Stargate Conspiracy." It is even more obvious, reviewing his emails and the way he "wound up" his story, that he was very interested in becoming part of that group.

Now, why would Maynerd Most want to be "inside" such a group? Why would he want to claim expertise in Satanic Ritual Abuse, in government mind programming? Why would he want to claim that he was in possession of the papers and journals of Andrija Puharich, which - if it is true, and we doubt - could only have been obtained by purloining them?

The one question that really bothered me while listening to or reading all these claims was: if Maynerd Most is so much an "insider" as he claims to be, why didn't Picknett and Prince interview HIM when they were writing their book?

Well, I have heard from several people that Maynerd Most was rather impressed that Ark was "in with Sarfatti." Don't get too excited here; Jack is exactly what he claims to be: a "theatrical physicist." Whether or not that is a cover for a vacuum cleaner operation, we have no idea. We have some observations, but no conclusions. And we will present them in due course.

The fact is, the REAL members of the Stargate Conspiracy are desperate men who have given their souls over to a Crypto-geographic Being who does not have anyone's best interests at heart. Such people are behind the creation of the "Program" that beams "channeling signals" out over the airwaves to be picked up by "selected" channels such as Frank Scott - when he is doing his "direct channeling."

It is obvious in retrospect that Maynerd Most thought, because of matters we will discuss futher on, that I was channeling a "spirit" that would give him some kind of advantage, or entree into this world of the Stargate Conspiracy. If this group thought that Frank Scott was the "real channel," he would already be residing in a secret enclave, probably hooked to some machine that keeps him in a pre-orgasmic state for hours on end, channeling Set or Atum or whoever is the Neter of Necessity for the day.

But that is not what they have done. The guys in the suits haven't arrived at his door saying "Please come with us!" In fact, the only "contact" that is being made with Mr. Scott is via Maynerd Most, and it will become very clear in the next few chapters that this is a very low level contact - a miniscule petty tyrant, if you will - and Scott is playing right into their hands. We have to remember that the forces that serve self always seek the path of least resistance.

In this sense, Maynerd Most is very much like the rest of us: a Useful Idiot. He is being carefully watched and tapped to see what he is coming up with. The only thing about him is that it seems he was actively trying to get into the satanist club! He thought I would give him a map to the gold of Satan. He thought I would help him find something that he would then give to the Dark Masters in order to purchase entree into their club.

In this sense, Maynerd Most, Jeff Williams, Frank Scott, et al, provide us with a unique opportunity. As Carlos Castaneda wrote, if you don't have a petty tyrant, if you want to achieve anything, you will have to go out and find one. In another sense, the Williams/Most gang have presented our discussion group with something very much like a bacteria culture isolated in a petrie dish; through their small-scale operation, we are afforded a real time glimpse into the activity of the Crypto-geographic personality, an almost vegetative system that grows and multiplies, acts and reacts, according to very precise rules of mechanical life - the Control System - The Matrix. I'm sure that everyone has heard the old joke: There's a fungus among us." Well, it's not a joke. As I wrote in my review of The Stargate Conspiracy:

The Control System does not inculcate belief by lying - at least not all the time. The lies, the subtle twists on the truth, are generally buried deeply in a soft cushion of warm and tender concern for their "chosen ones." The Control System proceeds by the method of imitation. It APES the expression of the positive, and all the more carefully when it wishes to be mistaken altogether for truly benevolent intentions.

The strategy of the Control System is to begin its work by adhering so closely to the letter of the positive as to be virtually indistinguishable to all but the most perspicacious individuals. It installs belief through a sort of rhythmic lull of entrainment which then permits acceptance of all that is said when it finally diverges slightly or greatly from the set pattern and pulls the mind of the believer along with it.

It's one thing to pursue conspiracy theories and to find them and track them and think that there are some very naughty folks here on the Big Blue Marble. It's an altogether different thing, after one has tracked enough of these theories, to come to the realization that they are all just different parts of the same elephant, and that the critter is really thousands of years old. When that fact smacks you in the face, either you run screaming in denial, or you begin to step back from the truly BIG picture, the global-millennial picture, and you see that there is a very stinky rat somewhere. Having arrived at that point, you realize that such a conspiracy could not be carried out by human beings - at least not alone. And then you have to face the most difficult task of all: asking yourself who or what could be behind it.

Having asked that question, you realize that you simply cannot answer it unless you open your mind to a whole constellation of possibilities that you would formerly never, ever, in your wildest dreams have considered. Then, if you work very, very hard, you may discover the "truth" that THEY want you to believe.

But, if you are very lucky, and you seek help based on the knowledge you have acquired that such help can and does exist - only we generally do not have access to it because we are too easily duped and manipulated - then you might begin to learn the rules of communicating with higher minds than our own. And doing that, then there is some hope of sorting out the mess. But it isn't easy, and it can't be easy.

This is extremely unfortunate because many good people are being led down the primrose path, and end up falling under this control, as well as promulgating it. Some people, of course, know exactly what they are doing. But others are innocent dupes. The only problem is, it is difficult to tell who is operating from a position of consciousness, and who is just a manipulated "robot," or "agent in the Matrix,"so to say. And we are brought full circle to our "clue" about Maynerd Most:

Q: I had a call from Maynerd Most who informed me that the Wave series was really creating a stir. It seems that he has had a connection to this Dr. Hammond of the Greenbaum lecture fame, and also had a number of exchanges with Andrija Puharich, and it is Maynerd's contention that the UFO phenomenon, the alien abduction phenomenon, and the many and varied other things we talk about and study and discuss, are a product of super advanced technological, human controlled mind-programming projects using the technology of Puharich and Tesla. Yes, it is supposed to be so advanced that they can not only read minds and can control minds, but that it is, in the end, merely human engineered programming. Is he, even in part, correct?
A: Well, there are elements of the phenomenon which may be connected to human, 3rd density STS engineering, but by and large, this is not the case.
Q: (L) He also said that it was his opinion, that the center of the web of all of this mind programming conspiracy, is in Tyler, Texas. Is that correct?
A: The what?!?
Q: (L) Well, what about the center of the human branch of the programming conspiracy?
A: We feel that [Maynerd] needs to recharge his batteries a bit.
Q: (L) He also said that the area we are living is the center of a particular programming experiment, something like Nazi/Black magick cultists or something like that.
A: Better not to get too carried away. Remember, the root of all "negative" energies directed at 3rd density STS subjects, coming from 4th density, is essentially the same.
Q: (LC) Are we being currently monitored by 4th density STS?
A: You are always!

The clue, of course, was in the word "batteries."
